THE TOWERS FAMILY SAGA
        Episode 91
The shop hummed as the switch
engaged. Robert watched the
dials, his eyes narrowing.
"It is done," he whispered,
the city grid groaning in
protest as the surge hit.
A brilliant blue arc lit
the room. "They will pay!"
Minnie yelled, pointing at
the screen. The corporate
hub exploded in the dark.
Smoke billowed everywhere.
"Look at them scramble!"
Dorothy laughed, gesturing
to the blacked-out streets.
"They are blind now," Elias
added, his voice cold and
hard. "They cannot find
us in this dark." Robert
walked to the center, his
face etched with tension.
"We have to be careful."
"Careful?" Virginia snapped.
"They are coming for us!"
"Let them," Robert said,
clenching his fists tight.
"We hold the cards now."
He turned to the monitors.
"Is the file encrypted?"
"It is," Minnie promised.
"The council will fall."
"When do we release it?"
Dorothy asked. Robert paused,
gazing out at the silent,
dark city. "At dawn," he
declared. "Let them fear
the night first." Suddenly,
a heavy pounding echoed
against the shop's steel.
The team froze in place.
"Police!" a voice boomed.
"Open the door at once!"
Robert looked at his family.
"Are we ready?" he asked.
Minnie stood up straight,
her eyes fierce. "We are."
She walked to the breaker.
"The truth is worth it."
Elias pulled a hidden gun.
"I will cover the door."
"No weapons," Robert warned.
"We fight with the truth."
He marched to the entrance.
The pounding grew louder.
"Robert, don't!" Virginia
cried, grabbing his arm.
"They will ruin us all!"
Robert pulled her hand off.
"They already have," he
replied, voice cracking.
"But we will rise again."
He swung the door wide.
Flashlights blinded them.
"You are under arrest!"
a detective shouted out.
Robert stepped forward,
his silhouette bold and
unafraid. "Arrest me?"
he asked with a dark grin.
"I am the only light left."
The detective hesitated.
"Explain yourself, Towers."
"Come inside," Robert said,
beckoning them to enter.
"I have a story to tell."
The team stood united.
The air crackled with raw,
unfiltered energy. The
final battle had arrived.
They would not break now.
They were ready for this.
