THE TOWERS FAMILY SAGA
       Episode 168
They sat on the concrete,
exhausted but satisfied,
knowing the move had tested
them, yet they had passed.
It feels like home,
Virginia said, looking at
the tools in their new
spots, while Robert looked
at the ceiling clearance,
wondering if it would be
enough to house a fully
extended, forty-foot
prototype. It feels like a
real Towers forge, Robert
agreed. The transition had
been hard, but it was the
right move; they were no
longer small-time players
struggling in a corner.
They stood in their own
domain, where the shop was
ready, the lights were hung,
and the tools were clean.
They felt at peace because
the struggle was gone, and
they were finally home,
ready to start the journey
where the Towers persisted
and had finally arrived. In
the quiet of the new shop,
Robert reached out and
tapped the brass dial of the
Towers 62 key, a silent
promise that the
Lattice-Fold logic would
soon find its place on this
very floor.
The forge was now hot, and
the new warehouse space
finally felt just right for
the Towers.
Virginia adjusted the gas
feed while Robert checked the
heavy gauge on the main
press, both moving with a
sync that months of struggle
did forge. The ventilation
hummed along, clearing the
shop air as iron was placed
into the intense heat, the
metal glowing a deep orange
as they worked in tandem to
shape their latest railing.
Beneath the anvil, Robert
kept the salt-crusted
PVC tube tucked away, a
reminder that while they
thrived on commissions,
the "Towers 62" prototype
and the kinetic vacuum
required for its logic
was the goal of this floor.
The hammer strikes were
true, marking them as a
master team, and as the
project took shape, the
work felt more precise.
With the warehouse full
and the ghosts of the
past gone, the future
was clear as they arrived
in style at this new
milestone. The family
was safe, and they had
earned this good life,
with success becoming
tangible as their clients
were consistently amazed.
They hired more helpers
to manage the expansion,
allowing Virginia and
Robert to carve out time
to lay the foundation
plates for the container.
