Dorothy added, thinking
of all they could do.
They were a unit that
moved with the same pace.
"We are the rhythm,"
Virginia said, feeling
the beat of the life.
"We are the harmony,"
Minnie said, watching
the light of the day.
They were at peace with
the path they had made.
"We have the harmony,"
Virginia said, feeling
the grace of the home.
"We have the balance,"
Minnie said, smiling
at the women she led.
They were the Towers,
a family at peace.
"We are the harmony,"
they said to the home.
