The staff at the new shop
needed training on the
Towers standard of work.
"We teach them the way,"
Virginia said, standing
in the shop with grace.
"We teach them the care,"
Shirley added, showing
them how to treat guests.
The new team was eager
to learn from the best.
"They are good people,"
Dorothy noted, seeing
the way they worked hard.
"They have the spirit,"
Barb said, happy with
the way they fit in now.
Virginia watched them with
the eyes of a teacher.
"We build the legacy,"
she said, guiding them.
"We build the culture,"
Minnie added, watching
the shop run with ease.
They were happy to share
the weight of the work.
"We have the capacity,"
Virginia said, feeling
the lightness of heart.
"We have the scale,"
Minnie said, knowing
they had built to last.
They were the teachers,
the mentors, the leaders.
"We are the Towers," they
said to the new staff.
"We are the mentors now."
