THE TOWERS FAMILY SAGA
       Episode 125
         THE PLAN
The kitchen in the Pasadena
condo was bright with the
warm morning sun. Robert,
Virginia, and Minnie sat
around the wooden table for
their weekly meeting. "We
need a new plan for the hot
summer," Robert said, his
coffee steaming in the mug.
"The orders are coming in
much faster now than they
were before." Virginia
looked at her father with a
thoughtful expression. "I
have been tracking our daily
output," she said, leaning
in. "If we adjust how we
handle the cooling process,
we can increase our volume."
Barbara walked in then, her
tablet glowing with data.
"If we expand our shop
hours to early mornings, we
can meet the new demand
without burning out the
team," she suggested. "It
is a logical path," Robert
said. "But we must be very
careful not to rush."
Virginia nodded in total
agreement. "I want to keep
our quality over any
quantity. The name of the
Towers shop depends on it."
"Exactly," Robert agreed
firmly. "We keep our high
standards no matter what."
"I will draw up the new
shifts," Barbara said,
typing away. They all felt
a sense of shared purpose.
The future of the business
felt solid, and the plan
seemed to be coming together
just as they had hoped for.
They spent the next hour
discussing the logistics of
the new schedule. They
covered everything from the
raw material deliveries to
the final shipping dates.
It was a relief to see that
they were all on the same
page. There was no doubt
in their minds that they
could handle this growth.
They were a team now, more
than they had ever been in
the past. Virginia smiled,
feeling a surge of energy.
"We are ready for this,"
she said. Robert touched
her hand. "We are ready."
