The dawn light was faint.
Arjay was up early.
He drank coffee alone.
Virginia joined him.
"Are you ready for it?"
"I am ready to fight."
They drove to office.
The streets were quiet.
They parked by door.
"Remember to stay calm."
"I will be cool as ice."
They walked in lobby.
The clerk was at desk.
He looked up at them.
"Can I help you folks?"
Arjay put papers down.
"We have a question."
The man saw the page.
He shifted in chair.
"That is an old claim."
"Why was it filed?"
"I do not recall now."
"You signed it, sir."
He looked at the name.
"That was long ago."
"We need the history."
"Files are in archive."
"Can we see them now?"
"I need approval."
